Contact Me

My pets are my life. I need them.  They are a huge part of my spirituality.  They are my muses.  Each one of them teaches me how to love in different ways.  I would not have my family complete with out these critters.  My daughter has known nothing but loving animals all around her.  She tells me she is sad that some people don't have pets.  She says "It's not right", and to her it's not.  They have taught my daughter so much about love and kindness and being intuitive.  She has her own language with animals.  It tickles me pink to witness these wonderful things on a daily basis.

Big Al

It all started with Big Al.  He was the cutest little fluffy kitten I had ever seen.  I just had to have him.  He's been with us for 10 years now, and he is the founder of the Snapp Zoo. : )  We call him "The Don."  We call him this because he doesn't let anyone mess with him.  All he has to do is coldly stare at any cat or dog wanting to rustle his feathers and the situation is squashed immediately.

Frank

And then there came "Frank".  I love Frank.  He is our basket case Kitty.  He's been on Kitty Prozac for years.  He used to think he was a dog.....till we got our dogs. Frank is our second born....he is still trying to find his way through this household without being assaulted by the other playful critters in the house.  I think they like to mess with him....It's kind of like..."Lets tease Frank."

PeaPod

Princess PeaPod.  This is my little snuggle bunny.  She came from Tracy's cat Sweetpea....hence the name PeaPod.  She is tiny, sweet, playful, gentle.  I love this cat.  She lets Athena hold her and flop her over her shoulder.  She plays tag with the kids.  She absolutely tortures Frank and Big Al.  She taunts Willy.  But she's the coolest little cat in the whole world.

Kodi and Willy

THE BOYS

Now here are "The Boys."  These guys are our furry children.  Kodi is our beautiful little Pom.  Kodi is my special little dog.  He is so smart and pretty much does no wrong.  He is always by my side.  I believe he'd fight off a grizzly bear for me.  He is the Nanny of the whole lot.  He is always trying to keep everyone in line.  He's also Willy's personal groomer, and believe me, Willy needs as much grooming as possible.  Now, Willy....what can I say, he's our little goofy, E.T. dog.  He stinks, he's stubborn, he won't let us cut his nails, he snores, he hates the outdoors and he loves to snuggle.

Clyde

The Monster

This is Clyde.  He's Athena's dog.  She said that it wasn't fair she didn't have her own dog.  So, went down to the shelter and adopted Clyde.  He's half pomeranian and half Heeler.  Interesting mix huh?  My sister volunteers at the shelter and told me about him.  So, of course when we saw him, we HAD to get him.  He's a monster!  He loves to play and he is the biggest lover of the group.  He fits right in here and he is just a sweetie.  It only took about 2 minutes for us to fall in love with him!

Mona Lisa

This is Mona. She's not really our dog.  She is my sister, Mary's dog.  This was a Christmas present to Mary from my Dad in 2003 and Athena and I used to puppysit during the day.  I suppose I am her aunt.  She's a little stinker.  PeaPod gets a taste of her own medicine with this one.  She's a cutie pie.

I think Mona needs singing lessons
